Anyone applying to DEPSA , can download the Application below or pick up an application in Main Office located 1903 Wilkins, Detroit MI. 48207. The deadline for Applications to be completed and turned in at 1903 Wilkins, Detroit MI. 48207 has been extended. A completed application, must have the following information:
• birth certificate
• immunization record
• last MEAP/Test scores
• last report card issued for those applying to grades 1-8.
According to state law, any student applying for enrollment as a Kindergarten student, must be age five (5) by September 1st of the year in which they are applying . Otherwise, we cannot accept the student for enrollment. Currently enrolled students must complete a re-enrollment form to secure a spot for the 2019-2020 school year. Failure to do so will result in your student being dropped from enrollment for the upcoming school year and having to reapply.
Note: Students can be withdrawn from school through written or verbal communication. This process may be completed in the Registrar's Office.
